We can offer flexible hours of work across 5 days (Monday to Friday), full time or part time school hours.

The position is situated at our Wacol Office.

**About the Role**:
You’ll be working as part of our HR Team, reporting to the HR Manager and undertaking:

- End-to-end recruitment campaigns and proactive sourcing of talent, including proactive use of social media platforms
- Performing pre-screening, interviews, and pre-employment checks
- Collaborating with hiring managers to ascertain resource requirements
- General HR administration and database management

You'll travel to the Sunshine Coast during working hours, one day per fortnight.

**About You**:
Ideally, you’ll have a recent experience in a similar recruitment role with:

- Proven experience working in a recruitment / talent acquisition
- Prior experience recruiting in the Civil Construction industry (highly regarded)
- Good working knowledge of Applicant Tracking System(s)
- Ability to establish and maintain working relationships
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent administrative skills including MS Outlook, Excel and Word, with the ability to learn new systems quickly
