An opportunity is available for an experienced Room Leader to join a team of passionate, qualified, and inspiring educators. Our client prides itself in providing the highest possible standard of education and care.

The emergent curriculum offered by the service integrates elements of literacy, numeracy, science, music, social awareness, emotional intelligence, and language development into a typical week.

This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for the following:

- Making children laugh while learning
- Create a stimulating, positive, and fun environment for the children
- Ensure learning and development are aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework and the National Quality Standards
- Implement and evaluate programs indoors and outdoors
- Writing observations and analyzing children's progression and development
- Develop strong relationships with children and effectively communicate with parents and carers.

- Enjoys getting creative with children
- Plans fun and educational experiences
- Someone who can make every day fun and exciting for the children
- Diploma/Bachelor/ Working Towards Bachelor in EC
- Experience working within a childcare setting
- Enthusiastic and career-oriented
- Understanding of the EYLF and NQF
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Being proactive within the center and learning environment
- Able to work in a team environment
