HiFyve is hiring a QHES Manager in the manufacturing industry in Ringwood, IL

Salary: Up to $130,000 + Bonus

Shift: Full-Time

Location: Ringwood, IL (occasional travel to Elk Grove Village, IL)

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead QHES programs across two manufacturing sites.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, OSHA, RCRA, PSM, and other regulations.
  • Oversee audits, corrective actions, and KPI reporting.
  • Drive site-wide training and QHES awareness.
  • Manage environmental reporting and hazardous waste shipments.
  • Supervise QHES staff and support continuous improvement.

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • QEHS training preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • 8+ years QHES experience in manufacturing
  • Strong knowledge of environmental and safety regulations
  • Leadership in quality, safety, and compliance systems
  • Excellent communication, project management, and audit skills
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and travel up to 10%
