Our client has a dedicated team that creates strategies for some of the world's well-known brands and is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join the team as a Part-Time Payroll Officer. Reporting directly to the CFO, your responsibilities will include:

- Processing and maintaining accurate payroll records for all employees.
- Address and resolve any payroll-related inquiries or discrepancies.
- Assisting with end of month reporting related to payroll.
- Processing new employee's contracts and terminations (from a payroll perspective)
- Managing leave entitlements and payments & communication with staff on balances and closure dates etc.
- Answering general payroll enquiries & Resolving payroll issues

**The Successful Applicant**:

- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience using Xero and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to multi-task
