As our Group Manager, Learning Governance and Compliance reporting to the General Manager, Training & Development you will establish and maintain governance practices for the team, and with our stakeholders around training design, delivery and evidence.

This role is integral to the delivery of components of our remediation plan which sets frameworks and mapping of obligations to training modules.

**A few of your responsibilities**:

- Establish framework for mandatory learning, and maintain register of all mandatory training and allocation across profiles
- Run a Mandatory Learning Governance Forum, to lead consultation with business and risk owners and ensure the right learning activities are allocated to each role
- Work with business owners to drive completion of mandatory training
- Establish and maintain learning controls including internal & external approval of training material as needed
- Support training requirements for Certificate of Competency and other regulatory-driven training requirements

**What we are looking for**:

- Minimum 8 years’ experience in L&D - design, delivery, operations and governance in a large organisation
- Experience in LMS administration, data collection, analysis and reporting
- Strong understanding of regulatory and legislative landscape as it applies to regulatory training requirements, and training compliance broadly

You have a proven track record in consulting and collaborating with stakeholders to scope deliverables from concept through to review and delivery.
