**About the Project**:
John Holland are delighted to have been selected to deliver the M7 - M12 Interchange, which includes widening the M7 between the M5 at Prestons and Richmond Rd at Oakhurst, and building a new interchange between the M7 and M12 and an upgrade to Elizabeth Drive to connect it to the M12.

**Your Role**:

- Support the implementation of the Safety Management Plan
- Support site safety advisors to ensure OHS compliance
- Work with Project Managers and Engineer to assist in the safe planning of high risk works, including logistics, and plant challenges
- Subcontractor safety performance
- Support the development of a strong safety culture across the projects, and encouraging employee wellbeing and care

**About You**:

- Minimum 1 year experience in a Safety role, ideally in the construction, engineering or mining sectors
- Tertiary qualified in Safety, with Cert IV completion
- A team player mindset and good communication with all staff and workforce
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
