I am looking for an experienced Legal Secretary looking to join a reputable law firm in the heart of Brisbane. You will need to be a highly organised and detail-oriented individual with a minimum of two years of legal secretarial experience with a proven track record in diary management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide comprehensive administrative support to legal professionals in the firm.
- Efficiently manage and organise complex schedules, including diary management.
- Prepare and format legal documents, correspondence, and reports.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and case records.
- Liaise effectively with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

- Minimum of two years of experience as a Legal Secretary in a law firm setting.
- Proven expertise in diary management.
- Strong proficiency in legal document preparation and formatting.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
