**About the role**

The Environmental Health Liaison Officer is responsible for the management of incoming complaints relating to Environmental Health Team. The role includes triaging complaints, contacting the customer to meet Service Levels for customer service and assisting Health Officers by undertaking research and providing them with the relevant information to investigate complaints in a timely manner.

**Remuneration**

$82,540.64 - $91,316.16 + 12% Superannuation + 12% Superannuation

**Some of the required skills, experience and qualifications**
- Tertiary qualifications in Environmental Health or related field, or extensive experience working in local government or a front facing customer service role with a sound knowledge of Environmental Health issues.
- Demonstrated experience in triaging complaints and complaint resolution
- Demonstrated resilience in customer service and the ability to see things from the customers perspective.
- Demonstrated experience in process improvement, within a regulatory service area to ensure that continual improvement is being undertaken.
- Current Class C driver’s licence.
