**About the Role**

As a Customer Success Associate, you’ll work closely with our schools throughout onboarding, training, and go-live, ensuring they become strong advocates for Compass. You’ll engage with a diverse range of people across each school to make sure they feel supported and confident in adopting our platform.

We’re looking for passionate, energetic, and switched-on people. We’re not hung up on your previous experience, whether you hold a degree, or how much you already know about our platform or industry - we can teach you that.

You'll also have:

- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines effectively.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality customer experiences.
- an interest in tech, with the ability to learn new platforms and tools quickly.
- A collaborative team player mindset who contributes positively to shared goals and knowledge sharing.
