Bankstown Sports is a one-stop destination for all. Our venues include the Lady Banks Rooftop Bar and the Basement Brewhouse, along with diverse food offerings across Italian, Asian, and middle eastern cuisines, just to name a few. The Group operates six clubs as well as a state of the art 600 seat theatre, a large Grand Ballroom and an extensive range of facilities to host events of all kinds along with a commercial office tower.

About the Role
We are super excited to be growing the events team and need experienced waitstaff to look after our events and functions.
In this role you will provide an all-round memorable experience to guests, in a welcoming and fun environment. This position will suit someone who delivers superior customer service and professionalism at its best

**What we are looking for**:

- Welcoming and interacting with all patrons to make sure the event is running at customer expectations
- Ensuring function rooms are set up according to requirements listed in Banquet Event Order
- Can provide exceptional, courteous, friendly service to our patrons that differentiates us from our competition, whilst working in a fast paced environment
- Has the positive attitude, passionate, motivated, and loves to interact with people
- Cleaning and stocking food and beverage items as required

**Essential Criteria includes**:

- Demonstrated experience in a similar role or strong hospitality experience
- Able to effectively manage and prioritise multiple tasks
- Highly motivated and able to take initiative
- RSA & RCG licence - Or be willing to obtain
- Availability to work various shifts including nights and weekends
