Bankstown Sports Club are looking for Gaming Attendants to join our growing team Be part of a strong and supportive team, that genuinely love coming to work
**Responsibilities Include**:

- Provide Patrons with exceptional customer experience
- Enforce & implement the Club RSA & RCG policy
- Follow hygienic food and beverage handling procedures
- Accurate efficient, effective operation of Keno terminals
- Ensure all guest and member complaints are dealt with promptly and effectively ensuring our guest or member satisfied.
- Cash handling duties when required
- Take and deliver orders promptly
- Assist with club activities and promotions (raffles, bingo, events when required).
- Knowledge of the club activities, functions, events, and promotions and provide accurate information to all patrons
- Maintain workplace hygiene, work health and safety, and security procedures
- RSA and RCG Competency Card, or willingness to obtain
- Flexible availabilities including weekends and night shifts
- Rights to work in Australia
- Able to work in a team
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
- High level of literacy and numeracy skills
- A commitment to providing a high standard of customer service
- Excellent personal presentation
- Willingness to learn
- A responsible attitude to industry health and safety regulations
