This is a full-time on-site role for a Workshop Controller/Manager located in the Southern Sydney Area. The Workshop Controller/Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the workshop, ensuring that quality of work and customer satisfaction is maintained at the highest level. This includes managing the workflow in the workshop, coordinating with sales department on new and used vehicle's, and handling aftersales services. The role also involves communicating effectively with all departments and customers to ensure smooth operations and address any issues that may arise.

Qualifications

  • Experience in managing Workshops preferred but not essential would suit a senior tech looking to progress
  • Qualified technician with European experience preferred but not essential
  • Strong Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Knowledge of Aftersales services and KPI's
  • Ability to work efficiently in a busy workshop environment
  • Valid full drivers licence
  • NSW mechanics licence
  • AC licence preferable
  • NSW rego
