Your career at NAB is about more than money, it's about serving our customers well and helping our communities prosper. We currently have an opportunity for a Head of Digital Wallets & Payments to join the Personal Everyday Banking (PEB) team in Personal Banking.

As our Head of Digital Wallets & Payments, you will deliver excellence in NAB’s Digital Wallet business through:

- Development and execution of NAB’s Digital Wallet strategy and shaping of key initiatives to support NAB’s Everyday Banking business
- Driving Digital Wallet performance through uplifting the customer experience, driving engagement and ‘Front of Wallet’ behaviour and managing key risks and regulatory requirements
- Leading the Digital Wallet strategic partnerships, ensuring we work with the best partners to enable better customer outcomes
- Scanning and understanding the external market, customer trends and behaviour and developing innovative payment propositions to ensure NAB’s Everyday Banking offering is always one that customers love to engage with
- Inspiring and coaching your team to out-perform and execute on deliverables
- Managing key relationships, collaboration and influence across a wide range of stakeholders

**What you will bring**

You are an inspiring leader with a proven track record of effectively leading and motivating teams. Moreover, as a strategist who is keen to get ahead of the competition, you can show:

- Tertiary and/or post-graduate qualifications in a relevant discipline and ideally a post-graduate designation from AFMA, CA, SIA or MBA
- Experience identifying, developing and supporting strategic innovation opportunities that support the business strategy and achieve intended outcomes measured through shareholder, customer and employee value
- Demonstrated understating of Banking and internal operations of the bank
- Proven negotiation and relationship management skills at senior levels
- Australian and global knowledge in cards and payments innovation, particularly from banks and Fintechs
- Highly developed business acumen, understanding business drivers, having financial and commercial orientation
- Experience advocating cross-functional analysis of problems, and fostering collaboration across functions on key decisions
