Clearmatch Originate Pty Limited is a fast-growing name in the insurance premium funding (IPF) space and we are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented Operations and Collections Manager to join our team. The primary purpose of this multifaceted role is to be responsible for coordination, implementation and management of the insurance premium funding business operations. This role is responsible for the management of all functions related to the approval, settlement and servicing of the loans.

In addition, assistance to origination team in managing quotes prior to conversion to loans is essential, and where applicable, also oversee arrears processes and collection of client accounts whilst mitigating risk to the business. Your delivery will place an emphasis on providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders. What you'll do: As an Operations and Collections Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing all aspects of loan approval, collections, settlements, and servicing.

Your understanding of Consumer Credit Laws will be an invaluable asset in this role. Moreover, you're capable of providing solutions to intermediaries and clients, demonstrating your problem-solving abilities. Minimum level of qualification: a relevant Bachelor’s degree or post-graduate degree

- Deliver top-notch client service that meets the financial needs of our business customers.
- Ensure all queries are resolved promptly, escalating unresolved issues when necessary.
- Driving a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
- Managing your time effectively amidst competing deadlines will be crucial.
- Overseeing the operations team to ensure procedures are met.
- Manage the arrears process through effective liaison with clients and internal staff.
- Be responsible for confirming that invoices are correct and received prior to approval and settlements.

- Expected salary: $95,000 - $115,000 per year
