Luxco Energy is the leading Australian enterprise that specializes in providing complete solar systems, including PV panels, inverters, battery storage, mounting systems, and balance of systems spread across all Australian states and territories, and we proudly cater to a national network of wholesalers. Due to our business growth, we have a position for a Business Services Manager for our Melbourne office, to lead our teams in Victoria, Tasmania and South Australia.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee financial, operational, and development goals for the 3 branches.
- Manage the administrative, financial and staff resources
- Whenever required, develop and implement innovative systems and processes to improve the operations of the business.
- Lead, manage and develop staffs to ensure smooth business operations and the provision of accurate and timely information
- Represent the organisation in negotiations and organise product presentations to Government departments, manufacturing industry and the construction industry.
- Analyse complex operating and management issues and initiatives that affect the organisation, and prepare associated reports, correspondence and submissions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
