**Travel & Expense Customer Solutions Office**:

- ** University - Perm - 6 months probation**

**The position will provide a high level of customer service, problem resolution and advice in response to SAP Concur Travel and Expense related queries from the University and will be reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager.**

**Key Accountabilities**
- Respond to customer travel, expense and corporate card enquiries, payments processing/ following, requests and processing tasks lodged through multiple channels such as Concur.
- Resolve transactions, using both knowledge base articles and other reference materials, where applicable.
- Use the support platform to raise tickets and/or raise customer enquiries for assistance/resolution ensuring the customer query is resolved.
- Identify, nominate and participate in any improvement opportunities across products, services, technology and systems and reporting within travel and expense

**Essential requirements**
- Strong customer service skills and product-specific knowledge to resolve travel & expense related enquiries from customers across the university
- Demonstrated high-level interpersonal skills and expertise, with the ability to convey information and empathy to customers and staff at all levels of the organisation
- Ability to prioritise workload, work independently and be part of a team
- Proven ability to share knowledge and finance expertise within a team environment, with the objective of ensuring the continual improvement of customer service delivery
- Highly developed problem-solving skills, including ‘thinking outside the box’ and the ability to exercise good judgement
- Demonstrated high-level computer literacy skills and knowledge, with specific proficiency in Concur, SAP and Microsoft Office package.
