**About UTS**

We are excited to partner with UTS and their Shared Services and Finance department to recruit this unique brand new role.

The Finance Unit is part of UTS’ Operations Division and supports the university’s strategic objectives by ensuring the financial sustainability, investment optimisation and operational excellence of UTS through leadership in financial analysis and operational excellence.

**About the role**

The Travel and Expense Officer will provide a high level of customer service, problem resolution and advice in response to SAP Concur Travel and Expense related queries from UTS staff.

**In the role you will be responsible for;**
- Responding to customer travel, expense and corporate card enquiries, questions, requests and processing tasks related to SAP, Concur lodged through multiple channels
- Resolving transactions, using both knowledge base articles and other reference materials, where applicable
- Reviewing and maintaining existing training materials ensuring they are up to date and customer friendly
- Providing support and training for university staff on the travel and expense system when required
- Working collaboratively with team members and management, as well as other groups, cohorts and stakeholders across the university

**A bit about you**

To be successful you will have knowledge and understanding of SAP Concur and;
- Customer service experience, preferably within a travel and expense environment
- Demonstrated excellent customer service and communication skills
- Demonstrated high level interpersonal skills and expertise, with the ability to convey information and empathy to customers at all levels of the organisation
- Excellent listening and interpretation skills with a capacity to interpret complex policies and procedures
- A strong aptitude for maintaining effective control over, and completing, many tasks in parallel
- Highly developed problem-solving skills, including ‘thinking outside the box’ and the ability to exercise good judgement
