**The Role**
As a Customer Service Representative/Administration Assistant, the role is based at our Head Office in Summer Hill, you are expected to be an active member of a team. Your responsibilities will include:

- Rotating roster between 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday
- Answering incoming calls from the general inquiries line
- Book in centre tours as required, follow up on conducted tours and action accordingly
- Manage process of new leads and enrolling new children along with associated required documentation
- Manage administration records and databases, update as required
- Manage account finance queries as required
- Be available and able to travel to centres as per operational requirements

**Essential Criteria**
- The ability to multitask effectively from phone tasks to administrative tasks
- Professional yet friendly telephone manner
- Good organisation skills with a strong attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills and confidence in turning leads to enrolments
- Current Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain one)
