**Part time (0.8FTE) ongoing position**:
- **Salary range: $101,869 - $118,844 (pro rata) plus super plus salary packaging**:
- **Up to $15,900 in salary packaging and hybrid WFH & office model**
**About the role**
This role leads and supervises the Operations team to ensure the quality delivery of legal assistance services to our organisation and practice partners, including private practitioners, community legal centres, the courts and members of the community.
- This role is based at our Melbourne CBD office on Wurundjeri Country._

- Ability to supervise, lead and motivate a team with diverse skills and experience.
- Highly developed skills in building and sustaining relationships with a network of key internal and external stakeholders.
- Highly developed interpersonal skills with the ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively in both multi-functional and cross organisational teams.
- Ability to identify and lead initiatives and service improvements to achieve organisational goals.
