**Midland Toyota** is seeking an organised **Service Administrator** to join our busy Service Team.
***
As a **Service Administrator** your focus is to is to maintain and process all administration for the service department. The role will involve processing paperwork, data entry and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction with stakeholders.

**You**
- Excellent keyboard skills with strong attention to detail & accuracy
- Autonomous & diligent with ability to take full ownership & accountability for your workload.
- Ability to multi-task and work to strict deadlines
- Enthusiastic, friendly, and proactive demeanour with a helpful attitude
- Excellent communications skills
- Be punctual, dependable adaptable & flexible
- ** Dealership Administration Experience is preferred but not essential**
