What You’ll Be Doing
- Oversee daily production to achieve operational and quality targets
- Lead and mentor Production Supervisors and crews across day shift operations
- Ensure effective resource allocation, equipment availability, and operational continuity
- Work cross-functionally with maintenance, technical, and client teams
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement and safety leadership
- Ensure compliance with site safety, environmental, and statutory requirements

What You’ll Bring
- Previous experience as a Production Superintendent in an open cut mining environment
- Strong leadership and people management skills within contract mining operations
- Proficiency with heavy earthmoving equipment and mine production systems
- Current Drivers Licence
- Competency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- A proactive, collaborative mindset and dedication to high performance and safety
