About Ripley Central State School
Ripley Central State School (Prep to year 6) is located in the growing Ripley area and opened in Term 1, 2023 (on 23rd January).
We are planned in stages of development to cater for just over 1200 students. The school site is situated in an estate named Ripley Valley and will be located on Binnies Road. Access to our administration is via Gazania Street, with a parent and visitor carpark for easy access.

About the Role
Our school values are EPIC; Empowered, Polite, Inclusive and Careful. This role is a new role in our Executive Leadership Team to help address the growing needs of our school.
This exciting new role for our school will provide leadership and guidance for the implementation of innovative measures aimed at improving studentlearning outcomes and attendance in schools where a significant percentage of students may have a disadvantaged background, ensuring quality learning outcomes for all students.
- As part of an EPIC Team, this role will prepare and collate data for analysis and discussion and assist in strategies to help shift, improve or maintain it.
- This role will monitor students' individual performance and behaviour and develop and implement intervention strategies where necessary, including supporting the development of Individual Behaviour Support Plans and Risk Assessments.
- This role will assist in maximising learning; improve learning outcomes, student achievements and attendance.
- This role includes the line management of our EPIC Teacher who teaches in every classroom developing a shared understanding of our EPIC Values and Expectations and the EPIC Routines that support them.
- This position is an active member of our Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and is line managed by the school principal.
