**Description**:
A hybrid role will involve a blend of warehouse duties alongside lead generation responsibilities, making it perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Warehouse Duties**:

- Safely operate forklifts to move stock and ensure smooth warehouse operations.
- Accurately pack orders and prepare shipments for dispatch.
- Perform regular stock counts and maintain inventory records.
- Ensure the warehouse is kept organized and adheres to safety protocols.
- Assist with receiving and checking deliveries, ensuring items are stored correctly.
- Support team members in other warehouse duties as needed.

**Lead Generation Duties**:

- Proactively research and identify potential leads for new business opportunities.
- Maintain and update lead generation databases and CRM systems.
- Collaborate with the sales team to track and follow up on leads effectively.
- Assist in drafting and sending marketing materials to prospective clients.
- Track and report on lead generation results and performance metrics.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred.
- Preferably with Truck Driver's License
- Valid forklift license and experience operating forklifts safely.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and switch between different responsibilities effectively.
- Previous experience in lead generation or sales support is advantageous but not required.
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems or willingness to learn.
