We are a small family run business specialising in cold storage and logistics,

We are based in Campbellfield and are looking for a motivated and experienced Warehouse Operations Supervisor to join out dynamic team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Liaison**: Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring excellent communication and timely problem resolution.
- **Warehouse Management**: Oversee the safe and efficient receipt, storage, and despatch of stock. Ensure the warehouse is maintained to the highest safety and cleanliness standards.
- **Staff Management**: Supervise and manage warehouse staff and delivery drivers, ensuring all tasks are carried out in an efficient and professional manner.
- **Problem Solving**: Address any issues that arise, providing effective solutions while ensuring mínimal disruption to warehouse operations.
- **Safety Standards**: Maintain and enforce safety procedures, ensuring a safe working environment for all staff.
- **Stock Management**: Organize stock levels, perform regular stock takes, and ensure accurate inventory records.
- **Order Organization**: Plan and organize orders for timely delivery, coordinating with drivers to ensure smooth despatch and deliveries.
- **3rd Party Coordination**: Liaise with 3rd party logistics providers for the despatch and pick-up of pallets.
- **Process Improvement**: Identify opportunities for improvement in operations and implement changes to increase efficiency and service quality.
- To prepare and pack customer orders.
- To arrange the daily driver runs and co ordinate deliveries
- To manage the office excel spreadsheet and record charges and deliveries ready for invoicing.
- May be required to make deliveries from time to time.

**Key Requirements**:

- Proven experience in warehouse operations or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse management.
- Experience in liaising with customers and third-party logistics providers is a plus.
- Ability to manage stock, perform stocktakes, and oversee order organization processes.
- Have a passion for space management
- A good level of fitness as moving & lifting stock in the warehouse is required
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills
- Self motivated, positive and energetic attitude
- Excellent attention to detail - maintaining site & safety standards is super important
- Happy taking ownership of problems and finding ways to solve them
- Drivers Licence
- Fork lift license
- Must be extremely organised
- Be able to take initiative and work independently

Pay: $67,602.66 - $72,000.00 per year
