**Job Summary**:
The Business Manager, Home and Telehealth, ANZ is responsible for developing and managing the Home and Telehealth company vertical for AU/NZ. This role is part of the region managerial Team and is responsible for the region go to market strategy, business development and successful long term execution of the home and telehealth business.
**Responsibilities**:
- Analyze the market and Masimo’s product offering to develop and execute a successful strategy to develop a strong and long-term home care and telehealth market across Australia and New Zealand.
- Develop Masimo’s value proposition for each distinct market and geography, translating value proposition into a strong go to market program
- Advance with urgency Masimo’s engagement in home and telehealth sales with limited resources
- Engage with Masimo internal stakeholders to educate and inform on the strategy and align all stakeholders on necessary strategies for successful company success
- Engage with external stakeholders including public and private partners, government and insurance to engage relationships to successfully advance a strong and sustainable home and telehealth business with high double digit long term growth
- Drive success across Masimo’s existing sales, clinical, education and medical affairs teams in a matrix environment
- Inform Masimo’s leadership of market intelligence and considerations necessary for success
- Utilize Masimo’s established sales process to sell Telehealth solution portfolio to existing customers and convert competitive accounts to Masimo Telehealth solution
- Conduct Presentations that discuss Masimo’s value proposition
- Drive solution sales in
- Remote Patient Monitoring
- Pre and Post-op Home Monitoring
- Chronic health and health lifestyle management
- Other Telehealth solution portfolio
- Actively be able to articulate information in improving patient outcomes and reducing the cost of care regarding Masimo Telehealth solution
- Collaborate with Masimo Team Members, where team selling is appropriate, and provide critical information to marketing and upper management including market trends and competitive activity
- Maintain high skill level in Strategic and Tactical selling skills
- Organize and conduct user seminars on the compelling needs and benefits of Masimo’s solutions
- Must be able to articulate value of Masimo Telehealth ecosystem
- Create and maintain CRM database of key account information including key account profiles with updates on:
- current status and next steps in establishing targeted VCCCs
- list of sales opportunities with a realistic sales forecast data
- Must be able to travel and stay away overnight
- Perform special projects as requested
**Minimum & Preferred Qualifications and Experience**:
**Minimum Qualifications**:
- 5+ years medical device sales experience in home care and private healthcare field, with a track record of exceeding quota
- 5+ years of Telehealth, Patient monitoring experience, potentially with or working closely with telecom providers
- 5+ years experience developing a regional corporate strategy and engaging tactics, resources and team members to achieve success
- Experience in working with government and insurance providers to influence decisions of new programs, protocols
- Experience working in a matrix environment with the ability to self-monitor and manage achievement to goals
- Formal training or studies in art of selling
- Demonstrated, quantifiable sales ability
- Team Player
- Strong sense of ambition, self-motivation and self-discipline
- Superior written and verbal communication skills and exceptional ability to lead group presentations
- Successful history managing customer interactions, with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Travel and overnight stays are required, as well as a valid driver’s license
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Background knowledge of Hospital IT and EMR connectivity a plus
- Background knowledge of selling in the hospital environment a plus
**Education**
Bachelor’s degree is required.
