Home Telehealth Business Leader Opportunity

This role involves developing and managing the home telehealth company vertical for Australia and New Zealand. It is part of a regional managerial team responsible for the region's go-to-market strategy, business development, and successful long-term execution of the home telehealth business.

• Develop Masimo's value proposition for each distinct market and geography, translating it into a robust go-to-market program.">
• Accelerate Masimo's engagement in home and telehealth sales with limited resources.">
• Engage with internal stakeholders to educate and inform on the strategy and align all stakeholders on necessary strategies for successful company success.">
• Engage with external stakeholders, including public and private partners, government, and insurance, to establish relationships that drive a strong and sustainable home and telehealth business with high double-digit long-term growth.">
• Drive success across Masimo's existing sales, clinical, education, and medical affairs teams in a matrix environment.">
• Promote Masimo's leadership with market intelligence and considerations necessary for success.">
• Utilize Masimo's established sales process to sell telehealth solution portfolios to existing customers and convert competitive accounts to Masimo telehealth solutions.">
• Conduct presentations discussing Masimo's value proposition.">
• Drive solution sales in remote patient monitoring, pre and post-op home monitoring, chronic health and lifestyle management, and other telehealth solution portfolios.">
• Actively articulate information to improve patient outcomes and reduce the cost of care regarding Masimo telehealth solutions.">
• Collaborate with Masimo team members, where team selling is appropriate, and provide critical information to marketing and upper management, including market trends and competitive activity.">
• Maintain a high skill level in strategic and tactical selling skills.">
• Organize and conduct user seminars on the compelling needs and benefits of Masimo's solutions.">
• Create and maintain CRM databases of key account information, including key account profiles with updates on current status and next steps in establishing targeted VCCCs, lists of sales opportunities with realistic sales forecast data.">
• Able to travel and stay away overnight.">

Required Skills and Qualifications

• ">
• Minimum 5+ years medical device sales experience in home care and private healthcare fields, with a track record of exceeding quota.">
• Minimum 5+ years of telehealth and patient monitoring experience, potentially with or working closely with telecom providers.">
• Minimum 5+ years experience developing a regional corporate strategy and engaging tactics, resources, and team members to achieve success.">
• Experience working with government and insurance providers to influence decisions on new programs and protocols.">
• Experience working in a matrix environment with the ability to self-monitor and manage achievement to goals.">
• Formal training or studies in the art of selling.">
• Demonstrated, quantifiable sales ability.">
• Team player.">
• Strong sense of ambition, self-motivation, and self-discipline.">
• Superior written and verbal communication skills and exceptional ability to lead group presentations.">
• Successful history managing customer interactions, with excellent organizational and time management skills.">
