**AND YOU ARE?**

While magic powers are optional, you’ll require **AHPRA RN Registration**, along with **Aged Care and accreditation experience**. In addition, you have:

- **Solid experience in leading and mentoring staff**:

- Well-developed interpersonal and team building skills to achieve outcomes
- **A passionate focus on customer-centred service delivery**:

- **Experience in clinical training, education and mentoring of RNs and Carers**:

- Highly developed verbal communication ability, **able to relate to and build strong relationships with both staff and residents**

**Reporting to the General Manager/Residential Manager**, your responsibilities include:

- **Supporting and assisting the General Manager/Residential Manager** in the overall delivery of quality and safe care
- **Driving clinical workforce satisfaction, capability and retention**:

- **Developing a high functioning clinical team**:

- Ensuring compliance against standards and regulations
- Effecting positive organisational changes and team building
