**About the opportunity**

We are currently seeking a dedicated **Business Support Assistant / Roster Coordinator **with a strong administrative background to join our team at our **Moran Engadine home.**

The Roster Coordinator is a valued and essential part of the Moran health Care Team. Liaising on a regular basis with the management team, and administration team.

The Roster Coordinator will oversee rostering function by managing the Master Roster and the working roster. The Roster Coordinator will also manage the continued development of process improvement and the creation and review of documentation required as part of the role.

**About the Role**
- Responsible for maintaining the master roster & working roster.
- ** **Ensure rosters are regularly reviewed to meet key service indicators.
- ** **End to End payroll processing in the absence of Payroll Officer.
- ** **Maintain employee documents; enter new staff ID in Fingerscan register and Rostcare.

**About You**
- Able to communicate with a wide range of external and internal stakeholders.
- Highly organised with strong planning skills.
- Able to work effectively and efficiently within a team and independently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Microsoft Office experience
- Roster experience
- Experience working in a large Aged Care Facility (desirable)
- Current Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
- Current influenza vaccination
- COVID 19 Vaccinations
