As we grow, we are seeking passionate and experienced Support Workers to join our team and help shape the future of our services.

**About the Role**

As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in the lives of the people we support. You’ll work directly with individuals who may have physical disabilities, learning difficulties, mental health needs, or age-related challenges. Your role is to enable them to live as independently and fully as possible — whether that means helping with daily routines, accessing the community, or simply being someone they can rely on.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide person-centred care and support tailored to each individual’s needs and goals.
- Assist with daily living tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, medication, and household duties.
- Support individuals to participate in social, educational, and recreational activities in the community.
- Build trusting, respectful relationships with the people we support and their families.
- Maintain clear, accurate records and contribute to support plans and risk assessments.
- Promote dignity, choice, and independence in every aspect of support.
- Respond calmly and professionally to any challenges or emergencies.

**Essential**:

- Previous experience in a care or support setting (minimum 1 year preferred).

- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends or evenings if required.

**Desirable**:

- Experience supporting people with specific needs (e.g., autism, mental health).
