**Advance Disability Services & Respite** 'ADSR' is an NDIS Provider with a committed team of professionals **passionate** about delivering high-quality support and services to people aged 17-65 living with disabilities in Western Sydney.

**We need from you**:
Cert III Individual Support or a minimum of one year of continuous experience working with people with disabilities with complex needs and behaviours.

Current Drivers License

A current First Aid and CPR certificate

NDIS worker screening approval

Exceptional written and verbal communication

Tasks & Responsibilities

As an experienced Support worker, you will use your experience and enthusiasm to support independence for people with disabilities in all aspects of life.

**This includes but is not limited to**:
Personal care, such as help with dressing, meals, showering, toileting, or moving around the house

Domestic assistance, such as house cleaning, shopping, laundry, or performing errands

Support for participation in social outings, recreational activities and community events and day programs

Providing companionship, conversation and emotional support

Work to behaviour support plans by utilising positive behaviour strategies

Maintenance of progress notes and record-keeping

Medication Management and Administration
