About Us
Baptcare, a leading provider of exceptional home care services in Melbourne, is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Data Administrator to join our In Home Care team on a casual basis. If you thrive on organizing and analyzing data while making a positive impact on people's lives, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
In this crucial role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date data records, ensuring the seamless flow of information within our organization. Your meticulous attention to detail and exceptional data entry skills will be invaluable in supporting our dedicated team of care professionals.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Accurately input and maintain client information, care plans, and service delivery data in our database.
- Perform regular data audits and quality checks to ensure the integrity and completeness of our records.
- Generate reports and analyses to support operational decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with our home care team to understand their data needs and provide timely and reliable information.
- Assist in the development and implementation of data management procedures and protocols.

**To succeed in this role, you must possess**:

- Proven experience in data entry and administration, preferably in a healthcare or community services setting.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate and consistent data records.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
