We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Marketing Manager to join our team, focusing on Product Strategy and Launch.
**Key Responsibilities include but not limited to**:
In this role, you will be responsible for both product planning and product roll out, driving the success of our product lines from inception through launch and beyond.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our products meet customer needs and align with our overall business strategy.
**Market Research and Analysis**:
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Analyze data to inform product positioning, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans alongside the Director.
- Provide insights to guide product development and strategy decisions.
**Product Strategy and Development and Launch**:
- Collaborate with the management and Marketing team to define the product vision, goals, and key features.
- Assist in developing product roadmaps that align with market demands and business objectives.
- Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners.
- Support the creation of value propositions and messaging that resonate with target audiences.
- Creation of SKU’s in SafetyXpress system and maintaining product data in unleashed
- Implement and maintain bulk pricing in the inventory system according to AOV’s via wholesale, stockists, and resellers price tiers. Update regularly as required and communicate to all internal teams.
- Conduct staff training on product features and benefits and support sales drives.
**Cross-Functional Collaboration**:
- Act as a liaison between marketing, sales, purchasing and other key stakeholders.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration to ensure alignment on product strategy and launch execution.
**Reporting and Analysis**:
- Prepare regular reports on the progress and performance of product launches and marketing campaigns alongside Marketing Co-ordinator.
- Analyse metrics and KPIs to measure the success of product strategies and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Assist with adhoc projects as required
**Qualifications**:
- 3+ years of experience in product roll out and management, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of market research, product strategy, and go-to-market processes.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and software.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
