You consider yourself strategic minded and have a great understanding of our brand, what we want to showcase and are able to innovate to a high degree. You are a team player, here to elevate the way Megaphone currently operates social media marketing channels and thrive in a fast-paced, multi faceted environment and role.

**What will your day-to-day look like?**
- Planning and developing social media campaigns around broader content strategy for Megaphone Marketing
- Generate, create and repurpose video, photos, and written content for YouTube, Youtube Shorts, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and more - working off briefs and independently.
- Planning and executing social posting calendars on platforms like Twitter and LinkedIn
- Film and edit basic social media photos and videos using Canva, TikTok, and Adobe platforms.
- Engage with audiences on different channels.
- Check platform analytics and create regular reports for management, with ideas on how to leverage the best performing ideas.
- Collaborate with the video team, design team, and others to ensure the highest quality of output.
- Establish relationships with social media thought-leaders and like-minded business personnel
- Assisting the Executive Content Strategist and Head of Performance with ad-hoc content and marketing tasks.
- Seek innovative ideas to improve efficiency and quality, and ultimately build out Megaphone's organic content through existing and new social platforms.
- Monitor and proactively increase social traffic, growth & engagement performance across all brands.
- Transform key data into actionable insights for the relevant teams
- Be on top of the latest social media trends
- Advanced communication skills
- Experience as a social media manager (or similar) for a brand
- Experience in creating social media strategies
- Intermediate knowledge of best practices for social media platforms
- Organised & ability to multi-task
- Experience in design & content development
- An in depth understanding of marketing principles

- Degree in Marketing/Advertising/PR
- 3+ year experience in Social media marketing and/or content curation
