**Role Overview**

Our client is looking for a client Services Officer to support 2x Financial Advisers in the provision of advice and ongoing service to new and existing Financial Planning clients.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Responsible for all areas of customer service, administration and implementation
- Be the first point of contact for clients and assisting with customer inquiries
- Complete necessary documentations to implement SOA's
- Maintain XPLAN database
- Assist in preparing portfolios and reports
- Help with research for the advisers

**Skills and Experience required**:

- Experience working in financial planning space in a CSO or similar role
- Excellent communication skills and polished presentation
- Financial Planning software **Xplan **experience desirable
