We have an incredible opportunity for a **Sustainability Coordinator** to join our Environmental, Social and Governance team at Investa property. This 12-month, 3-day a week, parental-leave contract, will see you lean into your skills and contribute to a supportive and collaborative team. We on the search for a strong administrator with a keen interest in ESG, particularly in the social area, as the **Sustainability Coordinator** you will support the ESG initiatives and reporting across the business.
**Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to)**:
- ESG Research on environmental and social initiatives, ESG Risk and emerging trends, real estate sectors, peer reviews and best practice ESG.
- Environmental data collation, management and reporting, utilising building and corporate level data systems
- WELL certification collation
- Supporting tenant and employee engagement initiatives
- Contribute to Investor reporting and surveys including Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark and National Greenhouse and Energy Reporting data requirements
- Co-ordination of the Tenant Data collection project
**Qualifications & Experience**
- Degrees in related disciplines are desirable.
- 1+ years’ experience with sustainability and commercial buildings is advantageous.

- Demonstrate a commitment to excellence with respect to Sustainability and Environmental Management principles
- Working knowledge of environmental and social sustainability.
