**About the role**

This is an exciting and rewarding opportunity for an energetic and hardworking person to join the QLD Dulux Trade Sales Team in the Gold Coast** **region. As the successful Trade Territory Manager your key focus will be growing and maintaining the existing Dulux customer base consisting of Trade painters through multiple sectors within the construction sector. This role will have a well-structured call cycle in the field and via electronic communication to maintain that customer base.

**Responsibilities**
- Maintain existing accounts
- Assist your customer base for optimal outcomes
- Drive new business development by tailoring Dulux’s value propositions
- Leverage relationships and market intelligence through networking and industry engagements

**Skills & Experience**
- Experience within the Trade Sales/Construction Industry will be highly regarded
- Strong communication and influencing skills with the ability to cultivate established customer relationships and create new ones
- Great energy and a genuine passion, down-to-earth attitude
- Demonstrated strong sales acumen and the ability to achieve sales targets
- IT skills and effective call cycle management will be crucial to your success in this role
