**About the job**:
Our Sydney office currently has 14 Partners and over 100 employees. In this role you will be providing administration support to the Partner and the accounting team of approximately 10.
- Create new clients in MYOB AE.
- Maintain and update of client details in MYOB (e.g. Address, directorship, etc).
- Preparation and lodgement of various ASIC forms and minutes. Proactively follow up for signed documents to ensure on time lodgement.
- Provide ASIC Summary or purchase ASIC Extract when requested by Accountants.
- Preparation and finalisation of letters and bills (e.g. formatting, checking grammar and typo, letter head, sign here stickers)
- Send out documents via MYOB Portal or Adobe Documents for electronic signatures, etc. Proactively follow up incomplete tasks/unsigned documents. Assist clients if they have issue with signing or logging into the Portal.
- Lodgement of income tax returns.
- Set up company, trust and SMSF on NowInfinity.
- Greet clients (e.g. bring in beverages for client meeting, give client access into/out of car park).
- Make appointments.
- File paperwork.
- Perform data entry.
- Scan documents.
- Any other tasks that contribute to the function of the accounting department or support/admin team
- Inform Manager (and Partner) of the firm’s new administration policy/procedures.
**About you**:
- Experience working in an accounting firm or other professional services in an admin capacity.
- Experience in assisting a team with administration tasks essential.
- Good working knowledge of Outlook and Excel.
- Ideally have experience using MYOB AE, PDF Manager, ATO Portal, ASIC Portal and Teams but not essential.
- High attention to detail,
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Position open to Australian/New Zealand Citizens and Permanent Residents.
