**Earlyhood Recruitment **are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Compliance Officer to take on a full-time or part time position in Erina (Central Coast). You will be required to work a minimum of 4 days per week.

As a Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring that the Centre complies with all relevant laws, regulations and policies. Your role will oversee that the National Quality Standards are met and to assist the Educational Leader and Compliance Leader.

You must have a great understanding of the Education and Care Services National Regulations 2011and the children Act 2010.

**To be considered for this position, applicants must have the following**:

- Early Childhood Degree (Bachelor) - must be ACEQCA approved
- Be someone who has an interest in sharing information with other educators in a variety of accessible formats
- Demonstrated extensive experience in quality systems management and a comprehensive knowledge of the Early Years Learning framework and the National Quality Standards that can be verified through work referees
- Extensive experience and a proven track record in in auditing, planning, training and development
- Have a desire to guide others
- First Aid Certificate HLTAID004 (Which includes Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR)
- Child Protection qualification CHCPRT001
- Working with children check clearance
- Police check
