We are seeking a Data Analytics Engineer to join our Marketing Data Products and Measurement team within Enterprise Data & Analytics. This role involves designing and delivering data-driven features for customer communications.

As a Data Analytics Engineer, you will be joining the Data Products and Measurement team that's doubling down on customer obsession.
Each day, you'll go above and beyond to:
- Collaborate with peers and stakeholders to design, develop and deploy high quality data products designed for Marketing applications into production environments
- Write or optimise code to meet business requirements and performance expectations
- Proactively identify and implement opportunities for improvement in performance, processes or customer outcomes
- Actively contribute to agile ceremonies and solution design workshops
- Comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements
We're looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You'll need:
- 6+ years technical experience as a data analyst/engineer in complex data ecosystem
- Financial services experience, particularly in banking
- Advanced or demonstrable experience in SQL, Python
- Experience with Source code control (i.e. GitHub).
- Understanding of data models i.e. dimensional star schema
- Ability to articulate complex technical issues and desired outcomes of system enhancements
- Excellent problem solving, troubleshooting & documentation skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
