**Operational Readiness & Airport Transfer (ORAT) Coordinator**

We have an opportunity for a talented and passionate ORAT Coordinator to be based onsite at the Western Sydney International Airport project in Badgerys Creek, western Sydney. This is a full-time role with the option to participate in the 9-day fortnight.

**About the Role**:
You will support the Completions team with commissioning and handover documentation activities and support execution for the various elements of Airport and Airline Operational Readiness Programs.

You will coordinate and consolidate completions inputs from various main works contractors into various project management level documents and reports that will be used by the project team and the customer to monitor completions performance. You will also provide day-to-day support to the Project Completions Manager and Completions Engineer as needed including:

- Preparation and administration of dashboards
- Preparation of stakeholder meeting packages and executive presentations
- Coordinating and consolidating input for monthly and weekly reports
- Recording of minutes/actions from meetings
- Additional responsibilities may include administration of Completions team reporting systems.

**About You**:

- 3+ years working experience collecting and preparing reports.
- Experience undertaking research and gathering information from sources on project/corporate.
- A self-starter capable of working complex tasks through to completion with limited direction.
- Diploma or similar qualifications in Finance, Business, Engineering, or Construction desirable.
- Experienced with MS Office software including expert use of Excel and Word.
- Demonstrated well-developed communications skills and comfortable working with senior management as well as client representatives.
- Commitment to quality of deliverables is imperative.
- Previous Construction experience desirable.
- Basic level of proficiency with Power BI desirable.

Bechtel, a global leader in project management, engineering, procurement and construction, has been selected by WSA Co as its Delivery Partner for the Western Sydney Airport, a $5.3 billion greenfield facility in Badgerys Creek, New South Wales. This will be a landmark project for both New South Wales and Australia and is due for completion at the end of 2026.
