As an **Airport Resourcing and Operations Specialist** you will be responsible for the day of operations including labour and logistics of aircraft activities/movements. Ensuring that on time performance and safety are paramount and coordination of operations are met.

Success in this role will be delivered by enthusiastic, safe and responsible, solution focused team members who are passionate about ensuring our teams and the operation are provided the support to deliver outstanding outcomes whilst understanding our efficient and lean operating model.

**You will have**:

- Prior experience in Airport Resourcing and/or Operational roles
- Experience in delivering operational and labour reporting. You will be comfortable to by prepare and complete weekly and monthly labour reports
- Manage the governance of SERP compliance at the airport and provide Airport Management support of SERP in portfolio airports
- Significant knowledge in operational understanding, safety management and operational efficiency
- A change agent who challenges the status quo, embraces and drives change with continuous improvement initiatives to meet the needs of the business in the future
- Able to build effective workplace relationships through developing trust and confidence with others
- The desire to achieve goals despite obstacles, setbacks or uncertainty
- Proficiency with GroundStar and the full Microsoft Suite
- Ability to work shift work
