**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Join our team as an experienced I.T. Specialist - End User Devices. In this role, you'll drive the delivery of purpose-fit End User technology for COG's global I.T. operations. Collaborating with internal stakeholders, you'll champion continuous improvement, ensuring optimal solutions that meet business needs. You'll maintain adherence to standardised global policies, processes, and procedures for seamless I.T. support, enhancement, and development across platforms worldwide.
Leading store deployment and de-fit services is a key focus, alongside the growth of Retail Store technology. Engaging with internal stakeholders, you'll oversee I.T. interactions and develop standardised policies, processes, and procedures for global store deployment across Brands and regions.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Relevant degree / qualification in Information Technology
- Customer Service and interpersonal skills are essential
- Experience leading and coaching a team to success
- Consultancy experience in a large or global company
- Demonstrated experience in all aspects of I.T, but specifically specializing in End User Technology
- Experience leading and working with teams of all levels
- Experience dealing with multiple stakeholders in the business & working collaboratively to achieve shared objectives
