**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We are looking for an experienced I.T specialist in End User Devices to join our team. You will be responsible for the delivery of fit for purpose End User technology to the COG’s global I.T business operations. You will partner with internal stakeholders across the business to drive a continuous improvement model to ensure that the best solutions are achieved to support the business’ needs. This role is accountable for ensuring that we are adhering to global standardised policies, processes and procedures that demonstrate how I.T executes its daily support, enhancement and development practices across all platforms globally.
Another important focus of this role is leading the provision of fit for purpose store deployment and de-fit services, as well as the development and maturation of Retail Store technology. You will manage customer interaction to all internal stakeholders for all I.T engagements across the business and will be accountable for developing and enhancing a suite of global standardised policies, processes and procedures that define and support how I.T executes its daily store deployment remit across all Brands and regions.

**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Relevant degree / qualification in Information Technology
- Customer Service and interpersonal skills are essential
- Experience leading and coaching a team to success
- Consultancy experience in a large or global company
- Demonstrated experience in all aspects of I.T, but specifically specializing in End User Technology
- Experience leading and working with teams of all levels
- Experience dealing with multiple stakeholders in the business & working collaboratively to achieve shared objectives
