You will oversee the planning and delivery of minor infrastructure projects and specialised subprojects, in line with schedule, quality and budget constraints and the City Project Management Framework, while providing support to Infrastructure Project Delivery team. You will complete procurement and contract documentation and communicate with tenderers while assisting with stakeholder communication strategies. You will be called on to develop project scopes and review specifications, drawings and contracts, and undertake research and investigate new technology, products and systems to ensure that projects delivery increased service and financial benefits.
- Demonstrated understanding of construction projects and contracts
- Excellent organisational, analytical, problem solving, decision making and time management skills
- Experience with financial management covering budgeting, cost control and reporting
- Experience in managing stakeholders contractors and tradespersons
- Strong written and interpersonal skills, particularly verbal communication
- Diploma or trade qualification in project management, construction, engineering, finance or trades field
- Current Australian ‘C’ class driver’s licence

This position offers a gross salary of **$87,585** per annum, and:

- 11.5% superannuation with the option to co-contribute up to a further 5%
