Civil Project Officer - Rockingham

A dynamic and exciting temporary role is central to the delivery of various civil projects across Rockingham. This is a “hands on” position through project conception, procurement, execution, delivery and close out. You will ensure that projects are delivered on time, on budget and to the highest quality in line with the City’s policies, frameworks, industry best practice and codes.

**The Role**
- Supervise all project works
- Lead multiple teams
- Review specifications from all contractors
- Maintain due diligence with all compliance
- Manage tenders and contracts
- Manage all communication with stakeholders
- Manage budgets and all financials
- Demonstrate leadership with new technologies
- Manage project time lines
- Manage all associated resources

**ESSENTIAL**
- Australian Citizen
- National Police Clearance valid within 12 months
- Submissions close Wed 28 Feb_

**Job Types**: Fixed term, Contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: $53.00 - $54.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
