**About The Role**
Reporting to the Vice President Employee Experience, and based in our Adelaide CBD Corporate Head Office, you will contribute to the delivery of the broader People and Culture Strategy by designing, developing and implementing specialist learning and development initiatives, programs and projects.
This is a dynamic and fast paced, commercially focussed business committed to delivering in line with the Santos disciplined operating model. Drawing on your deep and broad L&D expertise, developed in previous challenging and complex environments, you will be accountable for driving cultural change and employee engagement through building the frameworks and programs required to develop the capability for Santos to execute on its strategic objectives.
As well as leading a small team, you will also work collaboratively with P&C functional and Divisional leadership to implement company-wide fit-for-purpose L&D solutions as well as drive best practice results through the Training Services Delivery team.
You will need to heavily draw upon your extensive experience in contemporary L&D strategies and frameworks across the L&D focus areas above. With a data driven mindset, fingers on the external market pulse and an ability to drive a strong change agenda, you will be an important contributor to not only our employee experience program but also the overall organisation success.
