We are currently seeking a dedicated Recruitment Coordinator to join our team in our Brisbane office. This full-time, permanent position offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced Recruitment professional to manage the recruitment process for both blue-collar and white-collar roles in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
**Description**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Write engaging and compelling job ads to attract top-tier talent.
- Assist in developing detailed position descriptions.
- Work with the wider recruitment team to meet hiring goals and continuously improve recruitment processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures throughout the recruitment process.
- Proactively develop innovative recruitment strategies, especially for roles facing skills shortages.
- Perform additional duties as required by your line manager to support recruitment and development efforts.

**Skills and Experiences**:
**What You Bring**:

- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong multitasking abilities and effective workload prioritisation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and a willingness to learn in-house systems.
- Experience with HRIS (e.g., ELMO) and LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus.
- Professional, confident phone manner with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and the ability to build solid relationships across the business.
