**About the Job**
Harness Energy Services is expanding operations nationally with new offices and locations to be opened. As we enter this growth phase, we are looking for key staff members to join us in this journey and become an integral part of the team.

Reporting to the Labour Hire Manager, you will not be limited to the following:

- Post job openings on various platforms and ensure job descriptions are up to date and accurately reflect the role requirements.
- Assist in the development of recruitment strategies and participate in the creation of job advertisements to attract top talent.
- Assist with the onboarding process, including preparing necessary paperwork and facilitating orientation for new hires.

**Skills and Experience**
To be considered for the role, you will have:

- Recruitment or HR Coordination experience
- Proven Business Administration experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with HR software and applicant tracking systems.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
- A proactive and adaptable approach to working in a fast-paced environment.
