An opportunity now exists for an experience **Stock Controller** to join our centralised stock control team which can be located in **Brisbane (Brendale) **or **Melbourne.**

**About the Role**:
In this role you will be responsible for supporting the Bravo auto sales team with managing the inventory of our marketable used vehicles within Inchcape’s financial guidelines and purchasing policies. This role is also responsible for managing the wholesale process of used vehicles in accordance with our defined process and guidelines.

**On a day to day basis you will be responsible for**:

- The inward & outward flow of vehicles
- Swapping vehicles as required
- Tracking and reporting on current stock holding and future vehicle orders
- Reporting all of our sold cars to our OEM on a timely basis
- Booking transport and ensuring vehicles are delivered to correct locations
- Maintaining the customer database to the OEM on a monthly basis
- Checking in and booking cars into stock as they arrive
- Invoice and process all wholesale deals

**To be successful in this role you will**:

- Be customer focused and able to establish and develop ongoing relationships with our stakeholders
- Have strong computer literacy skills - ERA experience an advantage
- Have high attention for detail
- Have proven ability in working in a fast paced, busy work environment, managing multiple tasks and challenged on a daily basis
- Good ability to work in a team environment
- Have effective and strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Have a current driver’s licence
- Have excel skills
