The RSL Queensland Compensation Advocate provides advice and assistance directly to our members, their families and the wider military community in relation to a range of claims and appeals matters with the Departments of Veterans Affairs as well as responsive immediate welfare support.

Key responsibilities of the Compensation Advocate (T/L1) role include (though not limited to):

- Preparing and submitting compensation claims under supervision.
- Working within legislative and policy guidelines to document claims from Veterans.
- Case Coordination - managing and updating client files using record management systems, ensuring data quality and accuracy.
